Zamzows works hard to ensure all shipments are packaged and sent quickly and securely. Sometimes things happen we can't control. If you find your order was incorrect or damaged please email us as quickly as possible and we will work with you to correct the situation by issuing a refund or sending a replacement product. Orders made for store pick up can be returned or refunded at a local Zamzows near you.
