Shipping policy

Zamzows will ship and secure your order as quickly and safely as possible. When necessary, we may choose a shipping service different from the one selected at checkout if there is a significant price difference.

We ship orders on weekdays until 3:00 PM Mountain Time. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday. We do our best to ship within 24 hours, though some orders may require additional time to fulfill.

Local Delivery is now available! Orders over $25 qualify for free local delivery within 30 miles of our Distribution Center, located in Nampa (1201 Franklin Blvd, Nampa, ID 83687). Orders are fulfilled the next business day, Monday - Friday. Local delivery orders under $25 are subject to a $5 delivery fee. 

Orders selected for in-store pick-up will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready. Please allow time for us to gather and, if needed, transfer items between store locations.

If you purchase a Zamzows Lawn Program online, please note that it will not be shipped and is not available for local delivery. You will receive a standard confirmation email first. This simply indicates that your Lawn Program has been processed. We will notify you when you are in our system and able to pick up take your first step.
